Long weekend

I didn't take one picture ALL weekend! Bad Mommy.

Sophie had a blast at the cottage. She spent a ton of time in the swing. She really wanted to swim but it was way too cold. We let her dip her toes in the lake and she still wasn't convinced it was too cold. She went for a boat ride, played outside etc.

We did have a blueberry incident. Back up - Sophie had blueberry waffles on Valentine's Day at daycare. She threw up and was sent home. She was fine all day after that. Fast forward to this Saturday - she ate blueberries for lunch and for dinner and at 10:00 pm, threw up all over our bed (lovely). TMI - but the blueberries appeared to be ALL the blueberries she ate that day and were pretty much in the same form as they went down I'm guessing. What a fun night getting blueberry stains out of sheets, pillows, pajamas etc. Anyway, she was fine after she threw up.I'm thinking the blueberries are the common denominator here. She is not a kid that throws up a lot. I think she has truly thrown up 3 times in her life - and 2 I've described here! So, no more blueberries for her!

This morning she woke up DRY - first time ever! Rob and I made a huge deal about it - high fives, kisses etc. It's a big step. She's fully potty trained for daytime and nap. Maybe we are on the way to night time potty trained too!
