Short Work Weeks

It's Wednesday already! The bad part about short workweeks is that there is too much to do and not enough time. Not to mention, I always seem to plan a bunch of stuff for the nights of short weeks.

Rob and Sophie were on their own last night as I had dinner with friends. Apparently, Sophie didn't care for mixed veggies - at all! I wish I had been there to see that!

Memorial Weekend was good although very hot for Wisconsin weather - high 80s and humid. It made for a cranky baby! Over the weekend she became a belly sleeper too - I think she would have much earlier if we would have stopped putting her in a sleep sack at night. Now that her movements are not hindered, she flops over and goes to sleep. But when she is sick of being on her tummy, she cries until Rob or I go flip her back - silly girl.

There was no 4 wheeling for her this past weekend - maybe this weekend as we are headed back to the cottage. She did play in her pool quite a bit.


As May comes to a close - I just can't believe how fast time is going. I know everyone says time flies - and it does - but oh my! It'll be June tomorrow!! It's kind of like short work weeks - it's Wednesday already!!! Here's to the end of May and onto June - the month summer truly starts!!
